Most people are well aware of the different types of little fridges. These are the ones that are commonly seen in hotel rooms, offices, garages, home bars, and pretty much any other location where you want to keep things cold but don’t need a gigantic, full-sized refrigerator like the one in your kitchen. Most people are well aware of the basic types of bar refrigerators, but there are a few different ones as well. Let’s take a look at three of them.

The first type is specifically designed to hold wine bottles. It is called a wine refrigerator, and has special racks inside it that hold bottles of wine securely without letting them slip. This type of refrigerator almost always has a glass door on it, allowing easy viewing of what’s inside. A wine refrigerator is usually pretty expensive, partly because it has an excellent thermostat that keeps the temperature at optimum levels for chilling wine, and unlike basic types of compact fridges, you can easily adjust the temperature inside with digital controls.

Another type of mini refrigerator is called a beverage center. This type is meant to hold drinks that come in bottles and cans, and can be used either in the home or for commercial purposes. For people that have a small store or other business and need a place to keep drinks cold while keeping them visible to customers, a small beverage center works pretty well, and they don’t cost anywhere near as much as real commercial display fridges.

The third type of refrigerator has a separate freezer compartment on the top. Most of us have learned the hard way that the little freezer sections of little refrigerators don’t work very well. They get all iced up, and aren’t big enough to fit much more than a tiny ice cube tray. If you need to keep things frozen, it is much better to choose one that has both a refrigerator and a mini freezer compartment.
