For anyone considering purchasing a brand new Zojirushi Micom rice cooker, the one place you must check its price is on Amazon. Of course before you decide to buy or not you may want to go and have a look at these machines at your local electronics store. This is a good idea because you can get to see the different sizes and make a decision as to which one will suit your particular circumstances the best. Then once you think you have made up your mind if you resist the temptation to spend your money there and then, you may be pleasantly surprised to find that Amazon offer a cheaper price. This is not necessarily going to be the case but more often than not, Amazon has some of the best prices at which to buy new electrical appliances.

Whether you buy a Zojirushi Micom rice cooker on Amazon or from somewhere else does not really matter too much. What is important is that you find the best price, if you decide that this is the machine for you. They are a great blend of top quality Zojirushi Micom technology (Micom stands for Micro Computerized) and a reasonable price. Some of their more expensive models use their Fuzzy Logic or Induction Heating systems. These may make a slight difference in the quality of the final product but you have to pay quite a bit more to get it.

If you check out the 3 cup NS-LAC05 or the 5 1/2 cup NS-TGC10 you will find that they are decent rice cooker but at a low price. They have most of the features of their more expensive counterparts such as a detachable inner lid which makes for easier cleaning and a retractable power cord. Using a rice cooker is the best way to make many different kinds of rice. The Japanese electronics manufacturer, Zojiurshi, produces a range of products for the North American market. A popular choice people interested in these machines make is to buy a Zojirushi NS-ZCC10 rice cooker. This is a mid-priced model that has a host of features that help it to turn out delicious rice every time it is used.

The 10 in NS-ZCC10 implies it can cook enough rice for up to ten people at once. Its maximum capacity 5 1/2 cups of un-cooked rice so feeding ten people would mean that the portion size would not be all that big. However it should be able to feed nine people without a problem.
